Returns and exchange

Standard-size pairs

You may return or exchange a pair within 14 days of receiving it, if it has not been worn and its condition, tags and packaging are intact.

The money is refunded by the same method as the payment, within 14 days of the pair returning to the atelier. An exchange for another size is free.

Made-to-measure pairs

Footwear made to individual measurements is made to the order of a particular buyer. Under consumer-protection law, such an item of proper quality cannot be returned.

If a made-to-measure pair does not fit, we adjust it or make it again free of charge. Write to us with photos and we will explain how to send it to the atelier.

Manufacturing defects

If a manufacturing defect appears within 60 days of receipt, we repair the pair, replace it or refund the money — as you prefer.

The warranty does not cover wear, mechanical damage or improper care.

How to arrange it

Write to hello@stylege.com or message us on Telegram with the order number, what happened, and photos of the pair. We reply within one working day and send the address to ship it to.
