Terms of sale

1. General

This document is the seller’s public offer (details at the end of the page) to enter into a contract for the sale of the items presented on stylege.com.

By placing an order on the site, or confirming an order in correspondence with the atelier, the buyer accepts these terms in full. From that moment the contract is concluded.

2. Subject

The seller makes by hand and delivers footwear and accessories — in a standard size or to the buyer’s own measurements — and the buyer pays for and accepts them.

The photographs show each piece as faithfully as possible, but the shade of leather and suede on screen may differ slightly from the item. Every pair is made by hand, so small variations in the material are natural.

3. Placing an order

An order is placed on the site or in correspondence with the atelier (Telegram, Instagram). The buyer gives a size or measurements — foot length, instep, calf — together with contact details and a delivery address.

Within one working day the atelier contacts the buyer to confirm the size or measurements. Making begins once the measurements are confirmed and the order is paid. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements; the atelier helps to take and checks them.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include delivery. The price of an order is fixed when it is placed.

Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard on the secure page of the WayForPay payment service, through a payment link, or by bank transfer as agreed with the atelier. Card details are entered on the payment service’s side; the seller neither receives nor stores them.

5. Making and delivery

Making takes 8–10 working days after the measurements are confirmed; delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on the country. These times are approximate; if they change, the atelier lets the buyer know in advance.

Once the pair is sent, the buyer receives an email with the tracking number. Details are on the Payment and delivery page.

6. Returns and exchange

7. Liability

The parties are liable for the performance of the contract under the law of Ukraine. The seller is not liable for delays caused by delivery services, customs or force majeure, but helps the buyer to resolve them.

8. Personal data

The seller processes the buyer’s data only to fulfil the order and to stay in touch, as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Questions and claims are settled by negotiation: write to hello@stylege.com or message us on Telegram. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the law of Ukraine.
