Making takes 8–10 working days. We begin as soon as we have confirmed your size or measurements and received payment.
As soon as the pair leaves, you get an email with the tracking number and a Track the parcel button.
Duties and taxes of the destination country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Have the courier note it and write to us. We will settle it with the delivery service.

If the pairdoes not fit
Standard size
An exchange for another size is free. You may return or exchange the pair within 14 days if it has not been worn.
Made to your measurements
We adjust it or make it again free of charge. Such a pair cannot be returned: it was made for you alone.
