1. Who processes the data

The data is processed by the seller, the Style in Georgia atelier (details at the end of the page). For any question about your data, write to hello@stylege.com.

2. What we receive

With an order: your name, phone or Telegram handle, email, country, city, postal code and delivery address, size or foot measurements, and your comment.

With a newsletter subscription: your email and the site language. With a review: your name, city, rating and text.

Your bag and chosen language are stored only in your browser. We use no advertising trackers and collect no data for advertising.

3. Why

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about size and measurements, to send you letters about the order, and to keep our sales records.

Letters about new pieces only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe through the link in any letter. A review is published on the site only with your consent.

4. Whom we share it with

Only those without whom the order cannot be fulfilled: the delivery service (name, phone, address), the WayForPay payment service (amount and order number; you enter card details on its page), the Resend email service (your address for letters), and our hosting at Vercel and Google Cloud, where the order database is kept.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order data — as long as it is needed for the order, the warranty and our records, and no longer than three years after your last order unless the law requires otherwise. A subscriber’s address — until unsubscribing.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to letters. Write to hello@stylege.com — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the data protection authority of your country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the current version is given at the end of the page.
